Recruitment & on boarding procedure 1. To support the Head of HR with recruitment for the expat teaching staff 2. To support the Head of HR in recruiting local academic staff, this will include to post adverts through proper channel, screen CVs, shortlist candidates, make offer and be responsible for the whole enrollment process for new staff etc. 3. To make sure school heads, line manager and department heads fulfill the required paperwork for recruitment 4. To issue contracts for staff, keep updated records of contract end date and collect staff’ intentions of renewing contract etc. 5. To support and provide guidance to new staff regarding on-board process, this will include to verify and collect paperwork from new staff, to sign employment contracts, to issue staff handbook and to support new staff get familiarizations under the guidance of line manager etc. 6. To follow up probationary period review, to make communications with line manager in a timely fashion and ensure new staff to have an appropriate assessment before end of probation. 7. To handle the new staff’s on boarding process by collecting required HR documentation, signing contract and issuing staff handbook, etc. Others 1. To regularly update expat and admin staff’s information to the staffing information sheet Any other special job tasks as designated by line manager; 2. Work effectively with team members when facing with changes with flexibility; 3. Take initiative in project execution, for example, campus recruitment, Wechat program, Employer Branding;
