负责为公司设置的财务流程，如月度，季度和年终报告，业务规划，资本支出跟踪和部门成本控制等。
开发财务预算模块并设置预算流程。
与职能主管合作，并为他们提供管理报告，业务决策的业务分析和分配规则。
识别/报告风险和机会，以管理团队和相关职能团队采取主动行动。
通过所有业务部门的管理报告和审查框架，为每个需求的运营提供临时分析，并为业务合作伙伴提供一致的分析，确保与区域和公司的一致性。
协调内，外审，监督负责财务审计工作。
任职资格：
会计或金融或相关领域的学士学位。
必须至少有3年的财务管理和预算经验经验。
会计经验包括监督/管理公司财务摘要，如月末，年终和运营审查，年终审计流程，对一般会计的深刻理解，制定业务计划，以及编制和分析资产负债表，损益表和现金流量表。
熟悉和应用现代定量和定性财务分析技术，如现金流，净现值，资产/投资回报，差异分析，折旧，营运资金和/或投资。
创建和维护富有成效的工作关系的能力
较强的沟通能力。
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Finance processes set up for company such as monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting, business planning, capital expenditure tracking and Department cost control etc.
Develops the financial budget module and set up budget process.
Partners with the functional leads and provide them with management reporting, business analysis for business decisions and allocation keys.
Identify/report risk and opportunity to management team and related functional team to take proactive actions.
Provide ad-hoc analysis for operations per requirement and consistent analysis to business partners with management reporting and review framework throughout all business units, ensuring alignment with region and corporate.
Coordinate internal and external audit, supervise and take charge of financial audit work.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in Financial controlling and budget experience is a must.
Accounting experience to include overseeing/managing company financial summaries such as month-end, year-end and operation reviews, year-end auditing process, strong understanding of general accounting, developing business plans, and preparation and analysis of balance sheets, income statements and statements of cash flow.
Good knowledge and application of modern quantitative and qualitative financial analysis techniques such as cash flow, net present value, return of assets/investments, differential analysis, depreciation, working capital and/or investments.
The ability to create and maintain productive work relationships
Strong communication skills.
