Expand global business by developing agents and partnerships. Identify and develop top clients in each region/country, especially companies focusing on the anti-aging market. Coordinate cross-functional teams to discuss and support customer inquiries and due diligence with potential global partners. Coordinate with clients on term sheets and contract reviews. Participate in the strategic planning of the company's product pipeline, looking for technology licensing opportunities with new or existing global partners. Keep track of the latest market and industry developments, define the company's market positioning strategy, and work closely with the company's leadership and cross-functional management team to design and execute the company's business strategy. Use internal and external resources for business case studies of the company's products, and effectively communicate with KOLs, key clients, partners, external consultants, channel partners, etc. Other tasks nominated by the leadership team. Qualifications: Minimum Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field, PhD/MBA preferred. At least 5 years of channel development experience in a relevant industry, with preference given to those with successful global top company partnership experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Strong cross-cultural understanding and communication skills, enthusiastic about entrepreneurship and leadership, and willing to take responsibility. Familiarity with the global anti-aging market and demands, with experience in anti-aging product portfolios preferred. International travel required.
