工作职责：
Job Responsibility:
1. 与销售团队配合，根据确认的订单，落实采购计划
Work closely with sales team, execute sourcing plan according to confirmed PO.
2. 根据订单产品、交期和特殊要求配合合适的供应商，议定价格并制作采购合同
Choose the right supplier based on the ordered item, delivery time and special requests, negotiate the best price and create purchase contract.
3. 建立及更新采购订单明细表
Create and constantly update the detailed order list.
4. 合同整理及单据的跨部门流转
Keep orders and contracts in good order and timely submit the files to designated department.
5. 与销售团队沟通，确认出货计划
Firm up the delivery schedule with sales team
6. 与供应商跟进生产进度，安排质检
Follow up with supplier on lead time and arrange QC.
7. 与单证部配合，落实出货计划
Coordinate with logistics team to execute the delivery plan.
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上
College Education and above
2. 英语四级以上，书面读写无障碍
Good written English
3. 熟悉外贸及国内采购流程，两年以上相关工作经验优先
Solid knowledge of domestic sourcing and international trade, 2 years relevant experience preferred
4. 表达清晰，沟通能力强
Excellent communication skills
5. 熟练运用Excel表格
Proficient in EXCEL
6. 认真好学、细致严谨、条理清晰、责任心强、善于沟通
