Key Responsibilities: --Support the admission team leader to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the school's vision and branding goals. --Conduct thorough customer insight research and engage with VIP students and alumni to gather deep insights for crafting compelling brand value propositions. --Lead and inspire the marketing team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms, including video, automated, and word-of-mouth marketing. --Oversee the creation of high-quality promotional materials and manage the brand's online and offline presence. --Support the execution of admission, alumni, and other collaborative events, ensuring a cohesive and brand-aligned experience. --Contribute to cross-departmental projects and initiatives as required, demonstrating versatility and collaborative spirit.
Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 2. A minimum of 8 years' experience in a marketing role, with a proven record of strategic thinking and effective campaign management. 3. Exceptional planning, interviewing, editing, and writing skills. 4. Native-level Chinese and fluent English language skills. 5. Familiarity with various video platforms (e.g., Redbook, TikTok, Bilibili, etc.). 6. A fundamental understanding of and passion for business and management concepts. 7. Ability to consistently produce high-quality work within tight deadlines. 8. Demonstrated potential for leadership and a desire to grow into a into a team-leading role, with a history of motivating and guiding teams toward success.
