1. Support Regional Sales managers with client enquiries and needs; 2. Execute the process of SOFON and sales order/contract/agreement in order to control the risk and comply to company policy; 3. Following key milestones of order execution, to coordinate with headquarter, identify potential risks during order processing, for instance, delivery and customer payment status control. Highlight risk and support on solution; 4. Ensure sales orders and sales contract are timely and accurately prepared and undertake sales contract and proposals reviews; 5. Responsible for the release of sales orders after entry into the SAP system, to ensure the timeliness and accuracy of order entry; 6. Have sufficient knowledge of foreign trade, be familiar with export order/or project handling. Be responsible to obtain or create all certificate or documentation required by customer order; 7. Summarize and filling contracts and related commercial documents (including written documents and electronic files); 8. Assist in the developing of SOFON system and continuously make the enhancement; 9. Coordinate the work of colleagues to ensure that Budgeting, Forecasting and Order Reconciliation processes are executed; 10. Generate regular reports on order status, delivery performance, and other key metrics for management review; 11. Supports marketing activities; 12. Performs other related duties as assigned.
