工作任务 Tasks: 1. 处理销售订单的系统录入,订单确认及出货对账等事宜; Handling sales order in SAP system, make order confirmation, arrange delivery timely and so on. 2. 与客户保持及时有效地沟通,维护客户关系,提高客户满意度; Good and timely communication with customers, maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction; 3. 需求管理,需求预测分析,协调供需平衡; Demand management, demand forecast analysis, supply and demand balance; 4. 跨部门沟通协作 Communication and cooperation with other departments; 5. 归档相关事宜的记录及生成相关的日报&周报&月报 Make relevant /necessary records and daily report & weekly report & monthly report 岗位要求 Requirements: 1. 本科及以上学历; Bachelor degree or above; 2. 2年以上需求管理或客服相关工作经验,制造业优先; At least 2 years working experiences of demand management or customer service, manufacturing is priority. 3. 熟悉ERP和微软操作软件;特别是SAP和Excel; Familiar with ERP system and Microsoft, SAP& Excel are prefer; 4. 沟通能力,表达能力,逻辑能力和协调能力强; Excellent communication, expression, logicality and coordination skills; 5. 英语流利; Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (written & verbal)
