Create new opportunities according to the Roadmap. ? Maximize the hit rate by technical proposal and Sales Excellence tools. ? Be responsible for the project management from RFQ to SOP. ? Offer technical seminar to customers and product training to internal staff. ? Solve field performance problems and develop installation techniques. ? Visit customers regulars for better customer relationship. ? Share experience of project management and application know-how with other project engineers. ? Recommend continuous process improvement on project engineer relative responsibilities. ? Deliver annual sales budget. ? Be responsible for commercial topics with customers. ? Visit customers regulars for better customer relationship. ? Run AME (Account Management Excellence) program. ? Be the first contact window to customer for technical quality claim. ? Be the first contact window to customer for legal topics such as General Terms & Conditions. ? Support Inside Sales Engineer-Automotive for abnormal supply chain issues. ? Develop new automotive business according to company roadmap. ? Develop new customers and collect new inquires.

Job Requirements: ? Bachelor degree or above in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering. ? Minimum 5 years in selling technical products, preferable in sealing or automotive industry. ? Fluent English in both writing and speaking. ? Good personality for both self-management and team working. ? With multinational company working experience is preferable. ? With sealing industry working experience is preferable. ? With polymer material working experience is preferable.
