Principal responsibilities: Learning and development 1. Assist in formulating annual training plans and budgets, and follow up the internal and external training projects协助制定年度培训计划和预算,并跟进内部和外部培训项目 2. Responsible for the selection and maintenance of external training suppliers负责外部培训供应商的筛选和维护 3. Assist in formulating personal development plans for core employees and promote employee development to meet the company's talent needs. 协助制定核心员工的个人发展计划,并促进员工发展以满足公司的人才需求。 4. Assist in the establishment of an internal training lecturer team to enrich the training echelon construction协助建立内部培训讲师团队,丰富培训梯队建设 5. Assist in improving and developing new training courses, and prepare corresponding training materials改进和开发新的培训课程,并准备相应的培训材料 6. Assist in the implementation of trainee development program and follow-up young talents development plan协助执行培训生发展计划和高潜力年轻人才发展计划 7. Online training and mobile platform construction, course maintenance, learning progress tracking and effect evaluation在线及移动培训平台建设,课程维护,学习进度跟踪和效果评估 Required qualifications/experience: 1. Bachelor degree , above in HR related major 本科及以上学历,HR相关专业毕业 2. Above 3 years HR work experience, basic understanding on learning and development, MNC HR experience. 3年以上HR工作经验,对学习和领导力发展模块有基本认识,有外资企业工作背景 3. HR project integration experience is preferred. 有HR项目整合经验优先 4. Be initiative , strong learning ability and result oriented工作主动,有很强的学习能力和结果导向 5. Excellent communication and convincing capability优秀的沟通能力和影响力 6. Good pressure coping良好的抗压能力 7. Good command of English oral and written良好的英文口语和书面能力;
