1) Improve process flow and process design
2) Process capacity management
3) Layout improvement
4) Tools, jigs, fixtures, equipment, trolley improvement
5) WI creation and improvement
6) Process file documentation accordance with quality system
7) MPH improvement
5) Value stream management
6) DLP improvement and reporting

3-Project management
1) Lead or participate new product project and transfer project
2) Lead the industrialization job for new product and transferred products
4-Continuous improvement
1) Implement SPS principles and concepts to improve process
2) Lead or participate CI projects to improve process


Qualifications - External

Bachelor degree of Industrial engineering or mechanical engineering
3-5 years method engineer or process engineering, knowledge of lean manufacturing
Be familiar with line design, layout design, standard time and continuous improvement
Average English level & Windows environment
Advanced level of Auto CAD
