Duties & Responsibilities: 工作职责: -Make the sales in forecast every week to achieve sales month targets. 每周完成销售预测,完成月度销售目标。 -Analysis the sales in at the end of month to know the orientation of the next month. 月末分析销售情况,了解下个月的销售方向。 -Telemarketing and visiting vendors to explore local market. -电话营销和拜访供应商,开拓当地市场。 -Good service for the existing clients to establish and maintain close relationship. 为现有客户提供良好的服务,建立并保持密切的合作关系。 -Handle Customers' enquiries on test procedures, progress, results, and charges; -处理客户对测试程序、进度、结果和费用的询问; Internal communicate with different departments, handle the sales issues and vendor complains. 内部与各部门沟通,处理销售问题和供应商投诉。 -Train the new comers of the sales department. -培训销售部门的新员工。 -Lead the team member as coordinator. -作为协调者带领团队成员。 -Input and maintain the vendor database. -输入和维护供应商数据库。 -Collect the information of the AR table. -收集AR表信息。 -Support the finance to get our money. -支持财政以获得我们的资金。 Skills and Requirements: 技能要求: -Good selling and presentation skills as well as communication and organization; 良好的销售、演讲、沟通和组织能力; -Proficiency in office software and English. 熟练使用办公软件和英语。 -Customer focused, Energetic and willing to work overtime. 以客户为中心,精力充沛,愿意加班。 -Proactive and flexible; -积极主动,灵活应变; willingness to travel extensively; 愿意经常出差; -Keen for new experience, responsibility & accountability. 渴望新的经验,责任心和责任感。 -Able to get on with others & be a team-player. 能够与他人相处,具有团队精神。
