POSITION SUMMARY职位概述 Responsible for product management and promotion of innovative products to support key business. 负责创新产品的管理和推广,为主要业务提供支持。 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责 1. Achieve business objectives and timely complete assigned projects within the given resource & timeline. 在给定预算及时间内达成业务及项目目标;
2. Define marketing strategy, brand positioning, key messages, and develop the annual business plan. 制定所在领域市场策略、品牌定位、关键信息、年度市场计划;
3. Develop and implement various marketing plans and projects to engage target customers. 规划市场推广活动,并确保各项活动及项目的落地执行;
4. Independently manage products and drive full product lifecycle management by working with related stakeholders. 独立管理产品、通过与跨职能团队的合作,推动产品全生命周期管理的相关的项目
5. Develop the promotion materials consistently and creatively basing on explicit brand position and message to support sales team for HCP education. 根据产品定位和信息,持续及创造性地制作产品促销材料支持销售团队进行医学信息教育;
6. Implement internal sales training to make sure team fully understand product strategy, positioning, key messages. 开展内部销售培训,以确保团队充分了解产品策略,定位和关键信息。
7. Understand external customer needs and maintain good partnership with KOL customer. 对外深入了解外部客户需求,KOL客户的维护与管理;
8. Make sure all the actions are compliance and follow embecta policies and standard while maintaining professional standards and performance. 确保所有行动都符合并遵循国家和embecta 的政策和标准,同时保持专业标准和业绩;
9. Complete any tasks assigned by the manager or company. 完成公司或经理分配的其他工作。
SKILLS AND ABILITIES技能和能力 1. Full-time bachelor’s degree or above, major in clinical medicine and related, master's degree is preferred. 全日制本科以上学历,临床医药学专业背景或医药相关专业,硕士学历优先;
2. Above 3 years of central marketing experience of product management and 1 year sales experience. Marketing experience in MNC is preferred. 3年中央市场部产品管理经验及1年销售经验,有外企市场部经验者优先。
