项目进度和供货范围管理 Management in project schedule and scope of supply 1. 审核项目合同要求，制定项目计划 Review project contract and establish project plan. 2. 召开项目kickoff会议，启动项目 Initiate project by kickoff meeting. 3. 审核项目供货范围 Review project scope of supply. 4. 分析项目中的风险，制定应对措施，以降低项目风险 Analyze risk and establish countermeasures to reduce project risk. 5. 日常项目监控，确保项目各节点按时关闭，完整交付 Day to day monitor project. Ensure milestones to be closed and to be delivered in time.
项目成本管理 Management in project cost 1. 审核项目预算，分析可行性 Review project budget and analyze feasibility. 2. 监控项目成本，确保预算目标的实现 Monitor project cost, ensure the cost to match project budget. 3. 定期分析项目成本状态，估算项目收益和利润状况 Regularly analyze project cost, estimate project revenue and profit.
项目沟通管理 Management in communication 1. 管理客户预期，确保与客户的有效沟通 Manage customer expectation, ensure effective communication with customer. 2. 与项目团队成员保持密切沟通，确保实现项目要求和目标 Keep in close communication with project team, ensure project goals to be achieved. 3. 按时向管理层汇报项目状态 Report project status to company management in time.
项目回款 Project payment collection 1. 负责项目回款 Conclude experience and lesson in project and form report. 2. 按照合同付款节点收集所要求的相关文件，如验收报告，文档资料等 Following contractual payment milestones to collect all required documents such as acceptance report, documentation, etc. 3. 熟悉客户内部验收和付款相关流程，推动相关流程，及时发现并解决堵点，加快回款 Be familiar with customer internal acceptance and payment procedures, to push relevant procedures, to discover choke points and solve them, to collect payment as quick as possible.
任职要求 Required Job Qualifications
1. 本科及以上学历，电气工程，软件工程，工业自动化、车辆工程相关专业 Bachelor degree or above, major of machinery, Industrial Automation, Vehicle Engineering or related. 2. 三年及以上汽车总装生产线或汽车整车测试设备相关工作经验，三年及以上项目管理经验, 有汽车主机厂总装车间底盘装配线相关项目经验者优先 Three years automotive assembly shop production line related working experiences, three years project management experiences. Prefer to have experience of automotive OEM chassis assembly line project. 3. 大学英语6级 ,书面以及口语精通 CET-6, excellent written and oral English. 4. 良好的沟通能力和组织能力 Good communication and organization skills. 5. 良好的跨部门协作能力 Good cross department coordination skill. 6. 较强的抗压能力 Capable to work under pressure.
