3、负责新产品开发过程中的实验分析与验证工作。Responsible for the development of new products in the process of analysis and experimental validation
4、负责制定新产品开发的技术文件：Responsible for formulating technical documents
DFMEA,PFMEA,ECN,ECR,EBOM。
5、支持市场拓展，参与顾客交流，了解顾客需求。Support market development, to participate in exchanges of views with clients to understand customer needs.
6、负责顾客质量问题抱怨的分析及处理。Responsible for customers complain about the quality of analysis and processing.
7、支持制造工程和质量工程，参与批量生产的产品的质量问题进行分析处理。Support the manufacturing engineering and quality engineering, and support the issue analysis for SOP.
8、完成工程主管布置的其他工作。Complete other jobs which are arranged by Engineering Supervisor.

岗位任职要求Requirements for the Position:

1、教育背景：机械/电气相关专业，本科以上或同等学历 Education Background: mechanical / electrical-related professional, college-level or higher or equivalent
2、工作经验：三年以上汽车行业制造管理经验。Work experience: more than three years management manufacturing experience in the automotive industry
3、知识/技能：计算机熟练，熟悉GD&T, AutoCAD, PPAP, 注塑模具，冲压模具，装配工艺，有问题解决能力。Knowledge / Skills: Computer proficiency, familiar with GD & T, AutoCAD, PPAP, injection molds, stamping dies, assembly processes, problem-solving ability.
4、具有一定的组织协调能力。Has a certain ability to organize and coordinate
