Secure P1 Project launches performance from quality and cost perspective
从质量和成本确保 P1 项目的启动绩效
● Ensure the achievement of Project objectives in terms of manufacturing: VPS principles, process standards, quality & cost
确保实现制造方面的项目目标：VPS 原则、工艺标准、质量 &；成本
● Ensure manufacturing/production quality objectives respect (process
standards development, timing, capacity & logistic control…), take Project QRQC responsibility on site starting phase 3
确保制造/生产质量目标得到遵守（流程标准制定、时间安排、产能&；物流控制......），从第 3 阶段开始在现场承担项目 QRQC 责任
● Run and rate and FDPR planning and realization within quality
objectives for assembly and upstream components.
在装配和上游部件的质量目标范围内，进行运行和速率以及 FDPR 规划
和实现。
● Manage the acceptance of local component parts
管理本地部件的验收工作
● Manage the process validation by customer
管理客户验证流程
● Manage PPAP file delivery, acceptance and parts deliveries on time to
customer. Follow all modifications requested
管理 PPAP 文件的交付、验收以及按时向客户交付零件。遵循所有修改

● Validate capacity availability and investments in production site, is accountable for ramp-up phases deliveries

● Follow-up non quality costs and quality improvement plans

● Secure Project resources and control them

● Check and validate Project Team Members activities and proposes

Manage operationally Project launches

● Manage his/her budget (all Site resources)

● Ensure appraisal and development of associated project team members

● Report progress development progress to PMC & PVC with
control of associated Project Manager
向 PMC & 报告开发进度；由相关项目经理控制 PVC
● Participate to all reviews: Design, Process & logistic, PFMEA,
PVC, PMC starting phase 2
参与所有审查：设计、工艺&；物流、PFMEA、PVC、从PMC第二阶段开始

Coordinate communication towards customer locally
协调与当地客户的沟通
● Play the interface role between the Project development team located
in Development Center and the customer

Promote and control application of Valeo Values, Culture and Standards
(Product,Methodology, Tools) during project launches
在项目启动期间，推广并控制法雷奥价值观、文化和标准（产品、方法、工具）的应用

Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求
● Engineering degree and knowledge of Product/Process (VPS-process
standards)
具备工程学位和产品/工艺知识（VPS-工艺标准）
● Personal skills to manage functional organization
管理职能组织的个人能力
● Valeo CIP development methodology or similar
熟悉法雷奥 CIP 研发方法或类似方法
● Quality standards (FMEAs, AQP, Process, Logistic,…)
质量标准（FMEA、AQP、工艺、物流等）
● Knowledge of Automotive development (5/7 years)
具有汽车开发的知识（5~7 年）
● deep experience of industrialization of production equipment
具有深厚的生产设备工业化经验
● Get successful development experience as Process Engineering PTM
and/or Production and /or Logistic(3/5 years)
具有工艺工程 PTM 和/或生产和/或物流方面的成功开发经验（3~5 年）
● Fluent English(N+1 is foreigner).
英语流利（N+1是外国人）
