工作内容: Trade Lane Manager will be responsible for the overall volume and gross profit growth for airfreight and ocean freight on the trade lanes between Latin America countries and China and vice versa including business development of LATAM companies located in China to other destination countries. This is a full-fledged business development role that will achieve growth in different ways:
1. Direct Sales Activities on the lane 2. Support field Sales Teams in China through joint sales visits 3. Cooperate with the Global Account Team on opportunities relevant to the lane.
While working concentrated on the development of the LATAM Business in China, this role may as well support the client’s business on other trade lanes than whilst this gives the company leverage for Business Development with LATAM clients Head Quarters in China. 职位要求: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field * At least 5 years of experience in trade lane management, preferably in Latin America * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in a timely manner * Strong understanding of sales, logistics, and customer service best practices * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
