General Support ? Maintain office area and equipment in good condition, such as arranging carpet cleaning, disinfection service, lighting and fire equipment checking etc ? Liaise with property management/landlord or vendors if necessary on office issues ? Manage phone call and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and take care of reception area ? Maintain office tidiness ? Support Atelier to handle CBR Transfer In/Out for BTQ Marquage Orders
Maintenance and Renewal ? Manage equipment, facilities, office supplies (e.g. stationary, name card, uniform, refreshment, grocery); and service renewal (e.g. business insurance, courier, cleaning service)
Reporting ? Submit report timely, such as Staff Expense Report, Petty Cash Report, Staff Purchase Report ? Generate few monthly statement for payment process, e.g. AMEX Monthly Statement ? Assist CM on contract review/expense reports/other administrative reports etc.
Planning ? Business trip arrangement (e.g. hotel reservation, flight itinerary, travelling expenses); update schedule (e.g. Office and boutique closing schedule) and handle meeting agenda
