TASKS & RESPONSABILITIES
1. Responsible for the warehousing work, the establishment, implementation of the company's warehousing and logistics management system and implementation, the development of the department's work plan and system, improve the workflow.
2. Responsible for the control of import and export inventory, to provide goods inbound, outbound, accurate inventory reports, to provide inventory warning, for the company to provide decision-making advice support.
3. Responsible for the warehouse goods received and sent, acceptance, preparation of in and out of storage, into the system software to update data in a timely manner, and report to the financial and related departments, the organization of the company's monthly, quarterly, year-end inventory.
4. For the warehousing time, inventory accuracy, delivery time, delivery accuracy, cost control rate, safety stock, customer complaint rate, customer satisfaction and other key business indicators are responsible for.
5. Control of warehousing costs, effective cost reduction, to ensure the safety of the company's goods.
6. guide the work of the department, supervise the completion of the library of the operation, to ensure efficient, accurate and orderly library work; organization of the incoming product classification, partitioning, positioning storage, to ensure that the inventory account, the same thing, the reasons for the difference in inventory to analyze and improve.
7. The warehouse receipt and delivery area, inventory area, etc. to carry out a full range of supervision, do a good job of 6S work, do a good job of fire prevention, anti-theft, moisture and other matters, to ensure that the material in the warehouse is good, no safety hazards.
8. Responsible for the department's personnel work arrangements, work guidance, training and assessment.
9. Assisting the marketing and sales departments in organizing parts exhibitions
10. Responsible for the logistics declaration and customs clearance

PROFILE REQUIRED
Professional Background
? College degree or above, warehousing, logistics related majors are preferred.
? more than 3 years of warehousing and logistics related work experience, retail, e-commerce industry warehousing and logistics management experience is preferred.
? Familiar with warehouse management business process, have rich experience in logistics management.
