岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1. 负责内部异常质量管理，跟踪纠正措施和预防措施的有效性，跟踪验证措施的实施情况，落实内部平行展开。
Responsible for process quality abnormal management, and follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions and prevention actions for quality issue and implement fan out mechanism.
2. 负责产品变更管理，识别变更风险，追踪并落实变更ARs。
Responsible for process change management, and identify the change risk and trace with ARs.
3. 负责推进现场稽核，确认相关事项的执行情况或发现不符合项并推动改善。
Responsible for onsite process audit. Improve process quality control and fulfill the related documents.
4. 协助客户投诉问题处理，对客户投诉问题进行分析，协助工艺查找根本原因，改进措施，等工作直到客户投诉问题结束；
Assist in customer complaint handling. Co-work with PE to find the root cause, and fulfill the corrective actions until the customer complaint closed.
5. 领导下达的其他工作任务。
Other work items issued by the leader.
岗位要求 Job Requirements:
1. 大学本科及以上学历，理工科专业。
Bachelor degree or above，major in Science and Engineering
2. 5年以上生产质量管理相关工作。
More than 5 years’ process quality management experience
3. 熟悉质量管理体系，了解硅片生产工艺流程者优先。
Familiar with quality management system (IATF16949), understand silicon wafer production process is preferred;
4. 掌握5大质量工具, 8D等。
Master quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC and 8D etc.
5. 良好的沟通能力及组织能力。
Good communication and organization skills.
6. 良好的中英文能力者优先。
Fluent Chinese and English is preferred.
7. 能够独立工作，有较强的解决问题的能力。
Able to work independently and strong problem solving skill.
