工作职责: 1. Responsible for set up marketing strategy and plan to improve brand awareness and maximize sales revenue based on oversea market situation,product portfolio, and market competition landscape; 2. Drive execution of marketing plan,including marketing campaigns,activities,promotions and conferences,use content marketing, multi-channel marketing etc. to improve effect; 3. Work with colleagues to create and review recombinant proteins and cytokines,antibodies and molecular enzymes related online and offline marketing collaterals for different regions and fields,including PPT, flyer, brochures,banners,social posts and so on; 4. Analyze the theme, scale, attendees, and relevant news of exhibitions in various countries and regions, determine the proper exhibition,and finish entire process; 5. Organize and plan online and offline industry summits, and online industry seminars; 6. Training and supporting distributors; 7. Search business opportunity and develop good relationship with KOL; 8. Create,maintain and update English website in time; 9. Create customer database,and execute e-mail marketing with digital marketing member; 10. Review the effectiveness and return on investment of marketing activities, continuously optimize the marketing plan; 11. Conduct financial analysis and report relevant to marketing work and provide information to leader and other stakeholders as required. 12. Other tasks leader designated. 任职资格: 1.Master and above education degree in cell biology,immunology,molecular biology,genetics,and related discipline; 2.5 and above years marketing experience in life science reagent and Biopharma raw material industry, 2 and above years experience in oversea market; 3.Be able to design marketing strategy and tactic plan;Online and offline marketing skill set. Be familiar with social medias as LinkedIn, Twitter,Facebook,Youtube,etc; 4.Own good knowledge about raw material of Biopharma,CGT,mRNA drugs,Organoids,Diagnostis and basic research market landscape, familiar with customer purchase behavior of each customer segment; 5.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, analytical and reporting tools,project management and marketing automation; 6.Be result-oriented and take the accountability of own performance; 7.Be open-minded to new ideas, new technologies, challenges and feedbacks, respect different perspectives and cultures; 8.Be innovative and future-oriented to create new and better ways for the organization’s success; 9.Have excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communications skills; 10. Team worker and accept travel in overseas.
