1.Responsible for sales and development of green tech service & products in China. 2.Develop market for retrofit and BWT in China. 3.Responsible for sales of BWT and scrubbers. 3.Able to manage sales and Greentech service department. 4.Responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and ensure meeting the pre-set sales target. 5.Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments 6.Provide proactive leadership, ownership and taking responsibility in the customer / sales team environment for discussions on technical solutions proposed by Company in a manner that gains credibility with its clients 7.Work closely with sales teams to develop effective working relationships and understand sales strategy and approach to accounts and opportunities 8.Provide accurate account information/reports to Managing Director on a regular basis as per the agreed function reporting process 9.Assist in the development of the organization and Sales teams through sharing specialist skills and knowledge via training and coaching as required. 10.Conduct sales presentations & technical discussion. 11.Perform sales visits and develop new accounts with strategies to increase market shares in Marine and offshore segment. 12.Perform sales forecasting, contract negotiations and quotations to customers. 13.Develop and execute all strategic sales plans to support company goals and achieving sales performance target. 14.Manage and build relationship with prospects and existing customers. 15.Must always give priority to safety and health for yourself as well as your co-worker/peer and follow strictly the company’s environment, health and safety policy. 16.Any other tasks as and when assigned by manager / management
Requirements of the Position: 1.Preferably degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 2.Preferably with experiences in the Marine at a shipyard or comparable 3.Practical and theoretical knowledge of installations on commercial vessels 4.Ability to work well under pressure 5.Continuous improvement mindset. 6.Detailed-oriented 7.Able to travel overseas when required 8.Good product and market knowledge 9.Good selling and marketing skills 10.Discipline and diligent in carrying out the job appropriate with right attitude for our clients or Principals 11.Competent in Microsoft Office 12.People-oriented personality with leadership. 13.Demonstrate good communication skill on different levels, from shipyard construction to the management team of a large shipping company with ship’s Captain, Chief Engineer or Crews on board 14.Marine or Offshore Industry
