Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in business and/or economics; 2. Possess 10 years or more of work experience of which at least 5 years or more of sales, business development, contract management work experience; 3. Have rich sales and contract management experience and proficiently master contract and negotiation management tools; 4. Good team management, coordination, communication and collaboration skills. 5. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language 6. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection; 7. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
