工作职责：
1. 组织、编制投标文件的成本概算，完成分项报价；
2. 负责工程项目成本测算及决算，审核工程进度款支付、工程签证结算、工程完工结算
3. 参与工程施工、材料和设备招标、投资控制；对项目成本管控提供专业性意见和建议；
4. 协调承包商及设计院对施工现场的成本变化及合同变更的指令、控制项目预算及预测、及时跟进项目合同和预算。
5. 与项目团队密切合作、积极参与项目评审会议。
6. 对特定项目，根据需要驻工程现场工作。
7. 上级安排的其他工作。
任职资格：
1. 工程造价或工程类专业；
2. 8年以上施工单位或甲级设计院相关工程成本管理工作经验；
3. 具备8年及以上土建、房建造价从业经验，熟练操作广联达等计量、计价软件，熟悉土建定额、安装定额、清单报价
4. 能独立承担造价项目的预结算审核及跟踪审计工作，能独立组织全过程造价咨询工作。
5. 有港式工程量清单和国标定额清单经验者优先
6. 良好的英语说写能力
Job Description:

2. Responsible for the cost estimation and final account of the project, review project progress payment, final account settlement and project completion settlement;

4. Coordinate the contractor and design institute to instruct the construction site cost change and contract change, control the project budget and forecast, timely follow up the project contract and budget;

Job Qualification:
1. Major in engineering cost or engineering;
2. At least 8 years working experience in a construction company or A class design institute;
3. Familiar with civil engineering quota, installation quota and list quotation. With more than 8 year-experience in civil engineering, housing construction cost, proficient in operating all measurement and pricing software;
4. Able to independently undertake the pre-settlement audit and follow-up audit of the cost project, and independently organize the whole process of cost consulting;
5. Experience in Hongkong type BOQ and Chinese standard BOQ is preferred
6. Fluent in written and oral English
