Key accountabilities and responsibilities 1. Manage existing clients and develop new clients through various solutions based on client needs; 2. Ensure adherence to and delivery of relevant KPIs; 3. Comply with sales process and monitor accounts performance through systems such as CRM; 4. Analyze the loading and forecast figures, and work out action plans to improve results. Required experience & skills 1. College or above (Full time education). 2. Major in logistics management or relative field is preferred. 3. Working experience in sales of shipping or logistics is preferred. 4. Experience in Sales or Business development activities. 5. Good interpersonal skills. 6. English speaking and writing capabilities are required. 7. Russian speaking and writing is a plus. 8. Presentation skill is a plus. 9. Result-oriented mindset. 10. Team work spirit. 11. Creative problem solving.
