To implement the installation , testing , training on the scientific instrument; To provide application , operation support on the scientific instrument to customers; To liaise and consult with the Customer Support team and with the applications specialist worldwide; To Troubleshooting of customer problems and diagnosis. To Provides regular reports of customer visits and service issues
Background Requirement University graduate or above in Chemistry , life science , or Electronic or Engineering. Good knowledge and more than 1 year experience of servicing complex analytical instrument will be a plus , Experience of optical instrumentation desirable, Must demonstrate logical approach and problem solving ability. Good command in English, mature, independent and self-motivation, frequent traveling in China. with patient , calm , moderate , polite personality .
