工作任务 Tasks:
1. 负责厂务设备的维修、保养，做好记录；
Responsible for maintenance and reparation for facilities in Jin Qiao One，and record it in time;
2. 擅长压缩空气管道和供水管道安装； Be good at pipe system installations of water & compressed air supply.
3. 定期检查暖通系统、空压机系统、供配电和照明系统和厂房设施，发现问题及时上报处理；
Regular inspection of HVAC system, air compressor system, power supply and distribution system and plant infrasture when problems found in a quickly reported and dealt with;
4. 负责厂务区域管理范围内的5S工作；
Be responsible for 5S in facility room;
5. 负责协助厂务设施的紧急抢修；
Responsible for facility emergency repair;
6. 对于厂务设施的运行和维修，提出改善建议。
For the operation and maintenance of the facility, make suggestions for improvement.

岗位要求 Requirements:
1. 5年以上制造型企业厂务设施维修保养经验；
More than 5 years of business experience in manufacturing facility maintenance;
2. 必须具有高压低压电工证，另有电焊工证、压力容器操作证等其他证件为佳；
With high voltage electrical certificate is a must, have low voltage electrical certificate, electric welding certificate，pressure vessel operation certificate and other documents is preferred;
3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，好学，能吃苦。 能运用Office软件优先；
Good team spirit, communication skill and willing to learn and be able to suffer hardship. Word/Excel application is a plus;
4. 会做常用的水暖器件和电气安装。
Be able to do basic pipe and electrical works.
