1. 协助银行保险负责人规划、组织和执行分公司内外部培训和训练,通过销售督导,提高内部银保团队的综合能力和银行销售人员的销售技能和销售效率(产能),达成业务目标 Asssist the bank insurance director to plan, organize and manage the bank insurance training in branches, supervise its sales, enhance internal group ability and increase the marketing skill and efficiency, so as to reach the goal. 2. 讲师队伍和教练队伍建设:包括专职培训岗的招募、培训、日常工作辅导、追踪和考核;销售讲师选拔、辅导和评估、教练选拔、培训和评估 Building up the lecturer and coach team: including the recruitment of full-time salesmen, training, daily assitance and performance checking; the selection of lecturers and coaches, training and evaluation. 3. 日常培训管理:根据总公司制定的制度和流程,负责分公司日常培训管理:包括计划执行的追踪管理、培训预算管理、培训资料和档案管理、讲师管理 Daily traning management: undertake daily training in branches with reference to the head office system, including: plan implementation and tracing, training budget,training materials, files… 4. 负责分公司培训岗位讲师的招募和辅导; Recruit and assist the lecturers in branches. 5. 协助银保负责人进行渠道外部训练相关事项洽谈,跟进落实并完成渠道外训任务 Assist the bank insurance director to negotiate about channel external training, follow and finish it. 6. 协助总公司培训部完成培训需求调研,根据总部课程开发计划安排,协调分公司培训资源,完成课程开发工作, Assist the head office to investigate training need, integrate the branch resources to develop training program in accordance with the head office training designation 7. 其他主管交待的事宜。 Other tasks assigned by line manager
任职要求: 1. 大学以上学历 Bachelor's degree or above 2. 至少8年银保培训工作经历,其中4年培训管理经历 At least 8 years' experience, 4 years' training experience. 3. 有渠道销售或管理工作经验者优先;有讲师认证优先;有AFP证书者优先 Those with channel sales experience, lecturer qualification certificate and AFP certificate will get precedence.
