Take charge for product electronic system and circuit design, test and fine tune electronic to achieve product function and pass all the validations according to customer requirement. Follow up project development schedule and tasks arrangement in the project development phase to make sure product SOP smoothly.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1). Take charge the hardware system design, ensure the solution can fulfill customer requirement and competitive from cost point of view。 负责硬件系统设计,确保设计方案满足客户需求并且具有成本优势。 2). Take charges the schematic design, select the components(Analog components and MCU)and calculate the circuit. Debug and improve the PCBA function when the sample is available and prepare the DFMEA。 负责系统的硬件电路的设计,进行元器件的选型(模拟器件和MCU)和参数计算并负责后期样品阶段调试和整改, 负责产品的设计失效风险可行性分析。 3. Take charge of PCB layout and make sure the components placement and routing is fulfill production and EMC test requirement。 负责PCB layout,确保器件摆放和走线符合生产要求和EMC测试要求。 4. Optimize EMC characteristics during the test, make sure test can be passed according to schedule. 负责EMC测试过程的整改,确保EMC实验按照客户要求和计划完成。 5. Support the PCBA supplier and production line, solve the problem form design point of view. 支持PCBA供应商和产线的生产,对生产过程中的问题从设计上进行优化和改进。 6. Responsible and Preparing for the internal HW design material review and release。 负责和准备内部硬件设计资料设计释放。 7. Cooperate with other department to support the VAVE。 支持推动产品成本优化方案,和其他部门一起支持各种降本方案的推进和执行。 8. Support the quality department to do the analysis of the complaint part from market。 支持质量部门进行市场客诉件的分析。 9. Support business department for the quotation project, evaluate the solution and prepare the design package for cost estimation. 支持销售部门新项目的报价,准备报价方案和报价包给采购和销售进行成本评估。 10. Other job assigned by Department Manager。 部门经理安排的其他工作。 1. Bachelor of electronic engineering, 3~4 years design experience in the HW design, be familiar with analog circuit, digital circuit and power circuit (DCDC is preferred) design. 电子工程类专业, 3~4年硬件设计经验, 熟悉模拟电路,数字电路和功率电路设计。 2. Be familiar with MCU characteristic such as I/O, AD, DA, Communication bus…, can select suitable MCU according to system design. 熟悉单片机特性,比如I/O, AD,DA, 各种通讯总线协议等,能根据系统需求选择合适的单片机。 3. Be familiar with PCB, PCBA production process, capability of PCBA and PCB failure analysis. 熟悉PCB和PCBA的生产工艺和流程,有PCB和PCBA的产品失效分析能力。 4. Well maste Candence, Altium electronic design tools。 熟练使用Candence, Altium等电子绘图软件。 5. Good in English using。 很好的英语能力(Written, Listen, Spoken)。 6. Open mind and team work spirit, Strong learning skills and ability to work under pressure思路开放和团队合作精神,很强的学习和抗压能力。
