Responsibilities and Activities (but are not limited to): Report to Head of sales support PrimeServ China. Mainly undertake the whole order processing for service orders from RFQ to invoice. Create Sales offers/ orders/Purchase Requests/ Purchase orders/ delivery in SAP timely and making sure all input is supported with efficient evidence and in line with audit & compliance requirements. Communicate with customers and other internal relevant functions on the issues in order processing. Verifying the completeness and effectiveness of all documents and review order booking conditions. Data maintenance for Customer. Undertake various job assignments delegated by the management team of the department. Experience in Marine industry will be a plus.
