Due to the requirement of business development, we are planning to recruit the following position: 招聘岗位:区域销售经理(1-2名) Position: Area Sales Manager ( 1-2 ) 负责区域:广东、广西、湖南、湖北、海南、福建、浙江、山东、安徽、江苏等省市或自治区,工作区域可能会根据市场情况做适当调整。 This position will cover the area including Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hubei, Hainan, Fujian, Zhejiang, Shandong, Anhui and Jiangsu etc. The area can be adjusted based on the market situation or the company’s arrangement. 工作职责Responsibilities: 1. 负责区域内威尔产品的销售和推广工作,同时需熟悉威尔公司的产品及其应用; This role is responsible for promoting & selling Val-Co products in the covered area. To be knowledgeable and application and specification of Val-Co Products. 2. 负责区域内建立和发展持续稳固的客户关系,同时还需关注竞争对手的产品价格等情况; This role will need to establish & develop stable good relationship with the customers in the covered area. At the same time, this role will need to monitor and relay competitors activities, products and pricing etc. 3. 根据具体的销售目标准备销售计划及日程,定期将出差拜访的情况汇报给上级经理; This role will need to prepare travel plan based on sales target and then travel accordingly regularly. This role will need to report to supervisor weekly and monthly after each travel. 4. 负责跟踪整个销售的流程,包括报价、协调发货、指导安装、跟踪付款和售后服务等; This role will need to follow up the whole procedure of the sales, including preparing quotes for customers with approved pricing, coordinating shipping schedule, installation schedule and following up the payment etc. 5. 上级经理或公司安排的其他相关合理的工作。 This role will also need to do some other related jobs arranged by the supervisor or the company. 任职要求Requirements: 1. 必须有3年以上家禽或相关农业行业工作经验,同时有销售经验者优先考虑; 3+ years working experience in poultry or related agricultural industry, preferred in sales. 2. 畜牧相关专业优先考虑; Preferred degree in Husbandry or related major. 3. 能够适应定期的出差(15-20天/月),包括在指定区域内的客户拜访和定期回公司; Availability to travel regularly, about 15-20 days per month, when required within assigned territory and to headquarter as necessary. 4. 自我激励,能主动独立完成工作; Must be a self-starter, who can work independently and demonstrate the ability to multi-task. 5. 优秀的客户服务意识,良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力,较强的压力承受能力。 Good communication skill, team working, customer orientation and strong stress tolerance.
