Main Responsibilities: ? Develop and manage a close partnership with current and potential landlords, including big commercial development properties, high-end department stores and shopping malls; always keep an eye on property development information of each market under region ? Available for business trip upon needs, and Regular visit landlords and collect information on the competitors, in terms of project wish list and trade terms ? Conduct feasibility research on location evaluation and align with multi-functional departments on such location. ? Prepare corresponding internal qualified dossier for HQ submission ? Negotiate contract with Landlord, including but not limited to legal issues, rental structure and other conditions and achieve the agreement together with BD Head and management team ? Together with BD Head, Finance, Legal, Construction and HR Department, work on all the issues connected with the contracts, including expansion, renewal, and relocation, etc. Act as the main person for the coordination and negotiation of responsible region ? Regularly review, update and report business development plan ? Achieve target KPI of rental reduction for each year ? Properly maintain the data base accurate and updated in related of rental leasing conditions, etc. Experience: - Minimum 5 years+ of business development related working experiences at top tier brands - Landlord experiences would be a plus Education - Bachelor’s degree holder from elite universities, with a business management major Personality - Team player - Willing to take initiative with strong sense of ownership Skills - Solid understanding of the market and outstanding negotiation skills - Excellent communication skills and interpersonal savvy, soundtrack of business analysis and presentation capability - Think and act strategically, while able to drive project execution in a tactical way - Well organized and able to handle multi-issues
