About the job: ? Placing of customer purchase orders onto relevant systems. ? Planning and daily management of service engineers work schedules. ? Manage engineers further actions/leads from service reports. ? Ensure that jobs are executed according to importance in close cooperation with Team Managers. ? Support and input complex/non standard quotations for Field Service in order to meet company/divisional targets. ? Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries. ? Administer Performance Agreements closely with service sales. ? Monitoring of special tools, certifications and vaccinations etc. With Field Service Engineers as direct reports: Use profile of Field Service Team Manager. What you know:
Good knowledge on production planning or material planning. Good English both oral and written. Good PC literature in MS Office. Able to handle conflicting demands and work under pressure. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Strong personality and experience of coordinating and planning Inventory management experience is preferred. Bachelor's degree majored in Mechanical Engineering or related.
