职位描述
JOB DESCRIPTION
全面负责临床药品包装生产并支持公司营运部门的其他相关运营工作，如：仓库、订单操作等;
Responsible for the company's clinical drug packaging production, and be able to support other operations of the Department of Operations. (e.g. warehousing, logistics, orders)
主要工作职责：
1. 负责公司日常的批包装生产的计划及实施，确保符合GMP质量规范和既定流程的要求
Be responsible for the planning and implementation of daily batch packaging production in the company, ensuring compliance with GMP quality standards and established process requirements
2. 支持包装生产等日常营运工作，确保营运的开展符合质量体系和既定流程的要求；
Support daily operational work such as packaging production to ensure that the operation meets the requirements of the quality system and established processes;
3. 负责公司药品包装设计的整体规划和管理，确保包装设计的创新性、实用性和合规性；
Be responsible for the overall planning and management of the company's drug packaging design, ensuring the innovation, practicality, and compliance of packaging design;
4. 负责包装方案的制定、评审和实施，确保设计方案的质量和进度；
Be responsible for the development, review, and implementation of packaging schemes, ensuring the quality and progress of design schemes;
5. 负责包装材料的选择、供应商管理和成本控制，确保包装质量和成本符合公司要求；
Be responsible for the selection of packaging materials, supplier management, and cost control, ensuring that packaging quality and cost meet company requirements;
6. 负责组织和协调生产部门，确保按照设计方案进行生产，并及时解决生产过程中的问题；
Be responsible for organizing and coordinating the production department, ensuring production is carried out according to the design plan, and promptly resolving issues during the production process;
7. 负责营运相关质量问题的调查，并配合各类质量审计；
Be responsible for investigating quality issues related to operations and cooperating with various quality audits;
8. 支持项目管理工作，对新业务的操作流程给出合理建议并执行。
Support project management work, provide reasonable suggestions for the operation process of new business, and execute them.
9. 推动营运的持续改进，不断完善、建设营运SOP及培训体系，提高营运质量、效率和客户满意度。
Promote continuous improvement of operations, continuously improve and establish operational SOPs and training systems, and improve operational quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
10. 上级交办的其他事项。

岗位要求：
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. 本科或以上，物流，生产或医药其他相关专业优先。
Bachelor degree or above, Logistics,Production,Pharmaceutical preferred.
2. 3-5年的生产/仓储/物流营运管理经验，熟悉医药行业和GMP/GSP生产要求和质量规范。
3-5 years of working experience in production/warehousing/logistics management, good understanding of pharmaceutical industry and GMP/GSP production requirements and quality specifications.
3. 学习能力强，有较强成长发展的意愿，有比较好的抗压能力。
Strong learning ability, strong willingness to grow, strong resistance to pressure.
4. 拥有良好的责任心，协调沟通能力和团队合作能力, 以客户和结果为导向。
Strong sense of responsibility, coordination and communication skills and team work ability, results-oriented.
5. 良好的英文阅读和书写能力。
Good reading and writing in English
6. 良好Office办公软件，ERP系统使用经验。
