Requirements/任职要求:
1. University degree or above, Major in mechanical or tooling design and manufacturing related; with fastener tooling design & development experience 3years+ is preferred;
大专及以上学历，机械与机械制造相关专业毕业；有紧固件模具设计开发经验3年以上者优先；
2. Good knowledge of CATIA for 3D modelling & 2D creating;
熟悉CATIA，需要通过CATIA建模出图;
3. Knowledge of office software, incl. but not limited to Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. ;
了解办公软件，包括但不限于Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook 等；
4. With strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, also be good at organizational and communication skills;
具有较强责任心和团队精神，具有良好的组织和沟通能力；
5. Be good at self-learning, with strong operation skill;
善于自我学习，动手能力强；
6. Comply with laws and regulations, abide by the company’s rules and regulations;
遵纪守法，遵守公司的各项规章制度；
7. Good mental and physical conditions; 良好的身心健康状况

Responsibility/职责:
1. Be responsible for driving tooling design and validation according to product drawing;
根据图纸、生产及工艺的需要，负责模具，工装夹具等的设计开发和验收；
2. Be responsible for creating and updating the production or process documents, such as working instruction (manufacturing or sorting), workshop layout, etc.
负责编制及更新生产（或工艺）类相关文件，如生产、筛选作业指导书，生产现场规划图等；
3. Analyze the production capacity, raise reasonable investment solution, and support for technical solution’s communication;
根据当前生产情况分析产能，并提出合理的必要的设备投资方案，支持技术方案的沟通；
4. Be responsible for driving tooling design and validation according to product drawing;

5. Be responsible for creating and updating the production or process documents, such as working instruction (manufacturing or sorting), workshop layout, etc.

6. Analyze the production capacity, raise reasonable investment solution, and support for technical solution’s communication;

7. Support production equipment’s maintenance, such as to create the documents and implement the actual operation;
支持生产设备的保养和维护，如编制和执行设备点检和保养；
8. Support quality team to create control plan & evaluate potential quality issue from production & process aspect with a suitable solution proposal;
支持质量团队编制控制计划并从生产及工艺角度分析潜在的质量问题及生产工艺解决方案；
9. Support quality team to analyze the customer complaint, provide potential solution to solve the problem;
协助质量部处理客户投诉，并从生产工艺角度分析问题并提供潜在可行的问题解决方案；
10. Complete other temporary task which assigned by superior and company;
完成上级和公司交付的其他临时任务；
