As a Sales Administrator in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will support the daily work of sales team. In the future, there will be potentials to handle small accounts if necessary when available. Sound interesting? In this exciting role you will:
- Internal co-ordination to facilitate on-time samples and illustration
- Internal data system input and management
- Sample stock management and delivery
- Sales data recording and reports preparation & analysis
- Provide administrative support to sales manager
- Communication with clients and follow up all sorts of business activities
- Support product advertising in WeChat public account
- Assist commercial activities to prepare promotion kits for relative seminar and forum
- Logistics and admin support to sales team
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Your professional profile includes:
- College degree or above
- Good communication and co-ordination skill
