Responsibilities: 1. Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. 2. Develop and maintain databases, data models, and data transformation processes to facilitate data analysis and reporting. 3. Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify potential risks, opportunities, and business trends. 4. Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets, producing actionable insights to support decision-making. 5. Utilize data visualization tools to create intuitive dashboards and reports for internal teams. 6. Support team for master data maintenance processes, transactions in systems, monitoring the data quality. 7. Execute ERP systems daily maintenance to ensure data accuracy in systems, test and update systems to improve operational efficiency. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and track data trends. 9. Other jobs assigned by line manager. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Big Data, Statistics, Computer Science or a related field. 2. Proven work experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, Minimum 2-3 years’ experience. 3. Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar. 4. Proficient in Python and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL, Access, SAP) for data extraction and manipulation. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
