Responsibilities
？ Overall management of Central China region finance activities including GL, AR and credit control, tax, Capex, costing with 10 subordinates. Payments (including treasury) were centrally managed in China national team.
？ Compliant with China local accounting, Group reporting standards for the 5 plants in the region.
？ Real business partners with GM and management team in the region, analyze the results and drive the business in revenue, price, cost and expense spending.
？ Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting in line with the group and China guidelines.
？ Oversee monthly closing. Close the accounts timely and provide commercial comments to management team. Look for improvements and drive the decision making.
？ Regularly review balance sheet and ensure assets are properly reported, supported and analyzed in an efficient manner.
？ Continuously improve finance process to support a changing market and business operation environment.
Key requirements
？ Good education background, 985/211 are preferred.
？ 10 years plus experience in manufacturing business, at least 5 years manager position managing multiple entities accounting and finance.
？ Tracked FP&A experience with strong business acumen. Able to speak business language on top of financial results.
？ Excellent communications skills with management peers and functional leaders. Capable to work with leaders in deep dive into the results.
？ Hands on in ERP, with SAP is real plus.
？ Advanced user of excel (and PPT) in complex reporting practice.
？ Efficient English speaker (mainly in group reporting and functional work relation), while management are mostly localized.
？ CPA is not must but can be a plus.
