工作职责:
1. Perform wafer level characterization of CMOS imaging sensors
2. Debug initial silicon and validate design features; Study and determine root cause of process or design-related problems
3. Validate CP result with bench testing and measurements; Correlate CP results with settings, etc.
4. Work with PE on testing coverage, Spec and yield improvement for MP
5. Maintain and develop relevant automated analysis tools (test program, scripts etc.)
6. Support corner lot test and MP issue review.

任职资格:
1. Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics engineering with at least 3 years working experience in Fab/Test or relative Engineering field
2. Familiar with Fab process or CP/FT test
3. Having knowledge in CMOS image sensors will be a plus
4. Have good problem-solving ability and experience in big data processing/analysis
5. Having knowledge in programing language (such as python, Perl or VBA) will be a plus.
6. Good oral & written communication and interpersonal skills (English & Chinese).
