Responsibilities - Generate target markets and key customers for the development of the Compositesbusiness in China. - Regular meeting with customers for business growth. - Study and observe market trends, needs and developments to implement a strategic planfor growth of the Composite business within China. - Manage CRM and opportunity pipelines. - Support the creation of new product literature and technical presentations for the Chinamarket. - Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and product transfers into China. - Create and manage distribution channels for Composites products. - Work with Technical Service and Business Development team (TSBD) to manage productintroduction and trials with customers. - Support with direct sales to customers or distributors. - Identify technology requirements for customers and support trials and acceptance. - Perform any other duties as assigned from their manager. - Prepare monthly reports on activities and projects. Requirements & Qualifications - 10 years’ experience in a variety of functions such as Sales, Technical Service, Marketing,or R&D, and in Business Development role in multinational company. - Prior 5 years of experience working for a chemical manufacturer or distributor. - Experience with UPR/VE, Gelcoats or FRP composite materials is preferred. - Proficient with MS Office tool. - Strong New Business Development skills. - Good command in English. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal and collaboration skills. - Ability in project management skills. - Good negotiation & persuasion skills. - Excellent business intelligence mindset and skills. - Self started, strong ability to learn and grow in fast paced environment. - Bachelor's or Master Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science orrelated field; MBA is preferred.
