职责描述: 1. Manage and secure the Category’s sourcing and purchasing strategies to be launched. 2. Build and manage a vendor base by category. 3. Working to Client’s briefs, source and develop new and replacement product. 4. Supplier and project management to secure delivering shipment and COGS % targets. 5. Analyze and calculate costs of procurement, negotiate for a better total expenditure. 6. Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency. 7. Driving increased profit and cash by defining potential new opportunity and new working method. 8. Commercial terms negotiation and update with suppliers regularly. 9. Risk assessment and prevention.
任职要求: 1. Fluent Mandarin and English communication 2. Strong sourcing and market research ability. 3. In-depth of understanding of product cost drivers and improvement opportunity. 4. Strong sense of responsibility and seeking for the solution to better performance. 5. Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of (or capability of) USA market in terms of key plays, brands and product trends. 6. Strong negotiation skill and business steering ability. 7. Good communication skills and willingness for taking a lead. 8. Resilience in following through business critical issues. 9. Persuasive approach to problem solving at all levels. 10. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to a broad spectrum of individuals 11. Well organized with the ability to plan workload to achieve deadlines. 12. Good data analysis ability, able to skillfully use data analysis tools.
