任职条件：
1.本科及以上学历，航空航天工程、工程管理、工业工程等相关专业；
2.具备10年及以上工作经验，5年及以上项目进度安排工作经验；
3.具有丰富的项目进度安排经验，熟练掌握项目进度工具（Microsoft project, Primavera 等）；
4.具备良好的团队管理、组织协调、沟通协作能力；
5.精通中英文；
6.拥有项目管理认证（PMP）或其他同等证书作为额外优势；
7.掌握民机复材结构设计、工艺、制造相关知识作为人与筛选的额外优势；
8.精通意大利语作为额外优势。
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in aerospace engineering, engineering management, industrial engineering, and other related fields;
2. Possess 10 years or more of work experience of which at least 5 years or more of project scheduling work experience;
3. Have rich project scheduling experience and proficiently master project scheduling tools (Microsoft project, Primavera, etc..) ;
4. Good team work, coordination, communication and collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in Chinese and English Language
6. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent, certified is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection
7. Knowledge related to the design, process, and manufacturing of civil aircraft composite structures is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection;
8. Proficiency in Italian language is considered as additional asset in the personnel selection.
