1. New PKG/device phase in
2. New device DR & RA review coordinator
3. Standard BOM / Low cost BOM promotion
4. Eng material preparation
5. Special tooling check
6. Eng SWR & work order inforrmation preparation
7. Projects management
8. Release new product to mass production
9. Customer NPI visit /QBR NPI preparation
10. Cooperate with BMU and PE to develop new business
