About this role The position will lead communications and change management plans and engage senior stakeholders to manage comms, assess change readiness and plans and work with project stakeholders to manage the transitions and drive adoption. The person will also work closely with HR, the Corporate Communication team, and other functions to ensure effective change management and project communication.
Drive overall communication and change management in strategic projects, including: ? Lead communications for critical strategic programs and projects, developing and executing comprehensive communication plans with compelling messaging aligned with project milestones, making sure everyone understands what’s happening when it’s happening, and what it means for them. ? Provide expert internal communications guidance to executive project director, addressing communication risks and opportunities. ? Collaborate closely with project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely, relevant, and accurate communications. ? Maintain oversight of project communications outputs and support key communication channels for internal and external audiences. ? Utilize multiple media types including text, images, audio, and video to engage diverse staff. ? Leverage analytics to identify engagement opportunities, evaluate communication activities, and keep internal communication channels up to date. ? Compile research findings, prepare internal meeting minutes and draft team deliverables to support project communication across sub projects team. ? Other responsibilities as assigned.
Some of the skills and experience you’ll need: ? 10 years+ of experience in delivering clear and compelling change communications as part of complex transformation programs. ? Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills that help you lead and challenge in conversations at an executive level. ? Experience in working on complex transformation programs and working closely with key stakeholders from across the business to deliver effective communication and engagement plans. ? A clear, methodical, and logical planner, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines while communicating with absolute clarity. ? A passion and ability for great writing and storytelling.
