Responsible for commercial activities of SGM OEM & Tier business according to sales strategy of GM team, i.e. (but not limited to) establishing a regular customer visiting mechanism, obtaining RFQ and timely quotation, technical communication with customer, leading the negotiation of commercial contracts, etc. Set up and maintain bidding tracking list and Tier mapping for SGM OEM and Tiers business, further analyze and determine the direction of business development Coordinate activities with SGM China KAM & global accountability team to gain new business awards. Interface between customer and company to understand customer expectations and requirements, Establish and maintain strong customer relationships Actively identify customer pain points and figure out potential application opportunities through line walk and regular customer visits, analyze competitiveness/key market drivers and adjust/implement sales, engineering and marketing activities to achieve organic growth and financial results. Support for project management team activities covering from nomination to SOP. 任职资格 Mechanical Engineering or Material (Plastic) or Automotive related major, bachelor degree or above Minimum 5 years of automotive parts sales experience in a global company for SGM accounts Excellent interpersonal skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English) and communicates information on a timely basis Strong customer focus and leadership ability with self-motivated and disciplined, able to manage complex situations and issues with minimum supervision. Demonstrated skills in tough negotiation, communication, analytical ability, project management, and MS Office software skills
