Job Responsibilities 工作职责: Manage the projects launch process and lead engineering communication with customer program team- PD, Quality. 2. Developing specific and clear project plan for each projects and manage the process from milestone management, budget analysis and control, risk management to make a good achievement of projects targets; 3. Organize and coordinate relevant person & team to make a good division cooperation between different department, leading APQP team and regular project meeting internally; 4. Bridging gap between operation team and customer, capable of facing and solving the problems with either party, transfer customer’s requirement into operation correctly; 5. Managing delivery of sampling & prototype, PPAP documentation and design changing process etc. 6. Manage a good communication both internally and with customer in all process; 7. Ensure all the documentation follows TS16949 procedure and customer’s specific requirements; 8. Performs other related duties locally as assigned.
