岗位职责 HR Service (50%): 1. Responsible for HR information construction, provide HR data analysis, and provide data support for business, BP and COE; 2. Responsible for managing HR related outsourcing service providers, improving and standardizing the docking process, and establishing supervision and feedback process mechanism; 3. Work with payroll vendor to ensure accurate and timely processing of region’s payroll; 4. Partner with benefit provider to ensure effective benefit delivery; 5. Serve as company’s point-of-contact to help resolve benefit issues; 6. Communicate with managers and employees regarding benefits details; 7. Assist managers with status changes involving pay i.e. entering new hires into payroll system, processing terminations, adjustments in salary/bonus; 8. APAC HR related reports preparation for each site (monthly, quarterly, annually and QMR); 9. Support SOX audits for Shanghai office and China plants.
People Technology (20%): 1. Serve as “HR Partner” for the region; 2. Respond to end user help requests; 3. Work with vendor to troubleshoot issues; 4. Train managers and key personnel on manager and employee self-service; 5. Perform group data updates and clean-ups; 6. Lead Workday monthly/quarterly audit and regular updates to ensure the completeness and accuracy of system data. Prepare related reports as requested and do further analysis.
Employee Communication (25%): 1. Support Global projects implement in the region; 2. Support Employee Engagement survey and follow up actions; 3. Support to develop, execute & maintain a consistent streamlined communication plan relative to organizational development programs, projects and systems; 4. Organize activities such as birthday parties/family day/mini sports/Annual party for Shanghai office; 5. Provide regular communications regarding program/project status to employees, managers, and system administration; 6. Collect and draft articles to publish on intranet; 7. Provide timely support to President, APAC as Executive Secretary; 8. Provide in time supports to plants and APOC branches.
Employee Relations and Compliance(5%): 1. Train managers and employees on policies to ensure compliance and consistent application; 2. Support internal audit and external regulatory inspections.
Requirements: 1. Fluent in English and Chinese (bi-lingual) 2. 5-8 years’ experience in HR Multiple functions 3. Previous experience in process improvement, developing communication/education tools, and change management 4. Experience partnering /collaborating on projects across different functions 5. Experience in working with multiple levels, groups and/or matrix organizations 6. Ability to work independently 7. Organization, follow-up, and attention to detail 8. Managing and successfully executing numerous priorities and multiple projects in a fast- paced environment 9. Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of people and with team members
