【岗位2】公司背景：外资企业（欧美公司）化工行业 工作地点：上海浦东 产品：发泡类产品 工作职责：作为研发角色，研发新替代材料，承接NPI、NPD项目 汇报对象：研发经理 要求：化学专业本科及以上学历（硕博加分），3-5年相关工作经验 熟悉聚氨酯产品，熟悉有机合成 英文可作为工作语言 Responsibility: - Planning and execution of laboratory projects with emphasis on synthesis, characterization, and performance testing up to pilot scale of new products - Control lab activities for highest safety and to ensure compliance with local regulations. Participate to team effort to achieve those. - Own allocated New Product Development project (NPDI), apply project management discipline for timely progression of the allocated project according to plans. - Maintain efficient working relationship within the global Specialties Foam Technology team, ensure and adjust activity to fit agreed global plans. - Efficiently interface with selected Specialties Foam customers in China and Asia to achieve commercial introduction of PU additives focusing on new products. Establish efficient customer relationship build-up as part of this effort. - Create IP relevant for the business - prepare invention disclosures when relevant. - Support the qualification of alternative suppliers for strategic raw materials for Specialty foam additives. Represent Company at technical events with outside parties (conferences, seminars, exhibitions)
