Mission of the role: 1. digital health (science based) product life cycle management, designed to bring added value to Danone. Include: competitor analysis, product design, project management, stake holder management, vendor management, risk management, product data tracking and product optimizations. 2. Be accountable for the product success considering the value for the consumer/HCP and the company (ROI). Drive with data support and own the product data in the area. 3. Specify the relevant product vision and roadmap as well as user stories considering the value for the consumer and the company as well as its role and impact on the digital ecosystem. she/he will build internal and external networks to leverage capabilities and accelerate on digital product implementation; he/she will follow up trends and competitor activities.
Key Responsibility: 1. partner very closely with local China market teams to define a robust ecosystem strategy as well as build the roadmap accordingly and work with cross functionally to build scalable digital or online to offline digital innovation product. 2. Managing product backlog, vendors, capability expansion increments and leading the cross-function team towards definition of new functionalities & best practices are a few examples of the activities that will be expected from this role. 3. Additionally, you will be cooperating with various internal stakeholders, including Markets and other baby & mum industry areas to drive consumer engagement and satisfaction, as well as incremental business impact out of delivering digital experiences.
Job Qualification: 1. At least 5 years of experience in managing digital/innovation product. 2. Experience with digital ecosystem (start up, innovation groups, research institutes, authorities) and some digital technologies (IoT, AI…); interested in developing further his/her digital skills 3. Ability to identify relevant partners and to build sustainable collaborations with them (able to manage legal and financial aspects) 4. Experience in project management, knowledgeable about various project management methodologies and its pros & cons 5. Experience in working with stakeholders and experts at various organizational levels 6. Experience in creating strong internal business cases to support investment and internal resource requests 7. Experience as a Product Owner in at least one additional product area or domain.
