Must have experience in a matrix organization, regional role would be a plus. 2. At least 10 years supply chain working experience. 3. Team management skills with team size at least ten. 4. Excellent interpersonal skills. 5. Online personality test is required for this role. 6. We’re open to candidates from international companies not just chemical industry. ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and customer satisfaction rate is improving year by year. 2. Ensure security of raw materials supply. 3. Ensure the achievement of the target of SC KPIs 4. Ensure the targets of cost saving projects are achieved. 5. Ensure policies and procedures implemented in all activities meet corporate and headquarters’ requirements of safety, quality, ethics and management. MAIN ACTIVITIES 1. Understands, reinforces and demonstrates the importance of safety and safe behavior in the conduct of all SCM activities. Ensures all regulatory and compliance measures and requirements are met according to applicable guidelines. 2. Break-down of regional targets to regional SCM organization and lead of the team to achieve those targets. 3. Leading the regional SIOP process for all GBU and drive to lean inventory. Further develop a process-oriented structure and operational organization. Execute guideline competencies by preparing and implementing principles and specification. Controlling of implementation by agreed key performance indicators and process audits. 4. Process responsibility for the core business process supply chain management in AP. 5. Functional management responsibility of the SCM / logistic managers in the region. 6. Budget and investment planning activities. 7. Controlling of the logistic costs and services by using the defined SCM KPI’s and through benchmarks with competitors and network partners. 8. Technical supplier evaluation of the logistic service providers. 9. Distribution management (warehouse management). 10. Define, implement and further develop an efficient distribution structure together with BU and local management (location decision, layout planning, selection of logistics providers, rules for cooperation, performance catalogues etc.) against the backdrop of the customer requirement and the production structure. 11. Define, analyse and evaluate logistics processes in the warehouses with the target to sustainably improve the delivery service and cost position. Where required, initiation, execution of or participation in improvement projects. 12. Establishes and manages cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end supply chain capabilities and 13. Support DAMPE team on raw material sourcing and planning. 14. Develop a lean and synergized supply chain organization to improve the collaboration within function and across functions. 15. Trains, develops and propagates a Continuous Improvement (CI) culture within the function and the company. 16. Manages, coaches and develops the team to ensure they are capable to undertake their jobs and meet company requirements. 17. Establishes and adheres to standards of business conduct and integrity consistent with the Group Code of Conduct which are applicable to all suppliers with whom Company does business. 18. Collaborates proactively with R&D, Marketing and Sales and Manufacturing in order to anticipate SCM innovations or changes required to enable enhanced speed to market of new products and solutions. QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1. Bachelor above degree with a well-recognized SCM program and/or technical major 2. At least ten years supply chain working experience with at least five years management experience in logistics and supply chain management. Experience in the Chemical Industry is preferred. 3. MRP/ERP system knowledge is required – SAP experience preferred. Previous experience in recognized operation excellence tools such as 6 Sigma, Lean, TQM etc. 4. Experience and capability to work in highly matrixed, cross functional organizations in internal company. 5. Fluent oral and written English. 6. Strong leadership to build a strong and competent team of professionals to meet company objectives. 7. Systemic, process thinking and strong problem solver.
