Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably with a background in project management or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative management, with a proven track record of success in project support roles. 3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team. 4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with diverse personalities and stakeholders. 5. Proven ability to work under pressure, managing tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously. 6. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on detail and attention to accuracy. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant administrative software. 8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. 9. Experience working in a global environment, with a strong understanding of cross-cultural communication and collaboration.
